After delivering the new composition and installing some missing limit switches, we finally put the LASKA whole block meat cutter into operation. This machine is so powerful that one shift grinds enough raw material for both shifts. This basically confirms that our calculations were correct, as we are now operating with 2 autoclaves and the planned number of autoclaves for which this cutter is to be sufficient is 4 autoclaves.
