Thanks to the new mixing equipment, we have managed to reduce the mixing time per batch from 20 minutes to 3 minutes. In practice, this means a capacity of up to 3,000 kg per hour, which means up to 75,000 400 g cans per shift. This represents approximately 19 autoclaves per shift. Even in the last phase of the expansion, we plan to produce 8 autoclaves (4×2) per shift. This means that we have definitely solved the mixing capacity.
